Refund & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Product is damaged during delivery
• Wrong product delivered

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos if required).

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Used products
• Customized FASTag services
• Services already activated

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
